JRS Supports the West Berkshire Foodbank

02 November 2020

Executive Headteacher Felix Rayner said 'We thought long and hard about how best to support the West Berkshire Foodbank this year, whilst remaining focused on keeping our families safe in these challenging times. Turning the foodbank Harvest box initiative into homework for all of the children and running a competition for the best box designs, proved not only fun for our children, but also gave us a good opportunity to teach them about supporting the local community. I am so proud of our families and their generosity, donating over 1674 meals worth of food.

Thank you so much to all of our families for supporting the local community during these challenging times.
